At-Home Test Dates
The upcoming SSAT at Home test dates are listed below. Before registering, review the tech and room requirements to ensure compliance. You can also request an Equity Tech Kit if you don't have a compliant computer or internet access.

SSAT at Home Test Schedule
After registering, a schedule link to PSI, our SSAT at Home partner, displays under “My Tests” in your account. The deadline to schedule is 72 hours before each test start time, but availability may be limited, so it’s best to schedule as soon as possible. Learn about the score release schedule here.
Testing start times are either from 10 a.m. or 12 p.m. – 6 p.m. ET (7 or 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. PT).
*Indicates 10 a.m ET (7 a.m. PT) start times. Start times are every 30 minutes. Each start time has limited availability.
What is the best way to prepare for the SSAT at Home?
The Official SSAT Online Practice from the creator of the SSAT at Home provides the best simulation for taking a computer-based SSAT. Complete with four full-length practice tests, 15 practice section tests, and over 50 quiz subjects.
Rescheduling Your SSAT at Home Appointment
- SSAT at Home appointments can be rescheduled for free up to 72 hours before the original start time.
- You cannot reschedule within 72 hours of testing; students unable to attend the original appointment in this scenario must register and pay for a new session.
- Reschedule on the “My Tests” page in your EMA account, or contact PSI directly at 1-833-207-1288 to make that change.
- SSAT at Home appointments cannot be rescheduled to a Prometric or paper SSAT registration.
- Students who begin at-home testing on time but are unable to complete the SSAT due to technical issues can reschedule for free (rescheduling will be available in your account on the following day). Rescheduling is unavailable for students who reached the multiple-choice sections.
